Yes you may! Just mail us back the proof & order form marked with what you would like to order. Please include a $10 late fee and you may pick the order up at our studio. If you would like it mailed to your home, please include and additional $7 to cover the cost of shipping (don't forget to include an address!).Note: If you don't have the order form, you may click here to print it.

I lost my child's proof/ never received the proof. I'd like to see the proof before placing my order. How can I get another proof?
To request a proof you may fill out our contact form and please include your address! You will receive another proof within 10 days.
How long do you keep these photos on file?
Our studio keeps the school day files on our servers for two years. However, you may not access them online. Please contact us for more information. You may click here for our contact information.
Can I order my child's Fall or Spring portraits online?
No. we do not display school portraits online, please mail in your order form. You may click here to print the order form.
What do I wear or bring to my appointment? What can I expect?

How can I re-order senior photos?
You can click here to print out the Senior Reorder form. Be sure to include a detailed description of the photo you ordered or a wallet-sized portrait that will be returned back to you. Please print and mail it to our studio. Our address is 270 Commerce Parkway, Pelham, AL 35124.
How long do I have to reorder my senior portraits?
We keep your previous order information on file for up to 4 years. However, any photos you did not order at the time of your original order are on file for only one year.
When can I look at my senior proofs?
Within 2-3 weeks of your session, you will receive a yellow postcard in the mail informing you when and where to pick up your proofs.
I do not like my proofs. Can I have them retaken?
If you do not like your proofs due to hairstyle, expression, or other reasons, an additional sitting can be scheduled. If a resit is necessary, call us at (205) 403-4020 for a new session date. There is a camera charge of $25 must be paid at the time of the re-sit appointment. You may hold on to your previous sitting proofs and compare them with your resit proofs once you receive those; however, all must be returned in order to be in the yearbook.
Can I order Senior Portraits online?
No. We currently do not offer online ordering for Senior Portraits. You may click hereto print out the senior order form. Please complete the form and return your proofs to the studio.
Will my Senior Portraits be retouched?
Finished portraits include retouching, which will remove acne, blemishes, and soften under eyes. Retouching does not include hair, background, tan lines, or tooth corrections. Inquire for prices on enhanced retouching services. Certain retouching is subject to approval.
I haven't received a proof for my childs sports, prom, dance, etc. package, how can I see it?

How can I order my prom, sports, pageant, cap & gown, dance, team, etc. photos?

When will the candid photos from my event be available online?
The candids for each event will appear online a few days after the event. They will be listed separately from the individuals.
Can candids be retouched or red eye taken out?
