Do I have to order my photos online?
No. Your child should have brought home an order form with the proof. You may elect to send cash, check, or credit card information with the paper order form to your child's school by the deadline date on your order envelope and proof. All orders (paper form and online) will be processed at the same time if placed before the deadline date.
When will I receive my online order?
If your order is placed on time you will receive it within 2-3 weeks after your deadline date. You have until your school deadline date to order your pictures and they will be delivered to your school (unless you pay for shipping in your shopping cart). After this date, you will be charged a late fee of $10 and your order will be shipped to your provided shipping address.

I have added products to my cart, but when I go to checkout it says my cart is empty. What do I do?
If this happens to you, you can click here or click "create account" in the left top corner of the page to make an account. Once you have made an account, try ordering again. This should solve the issue.
Why does it say that my order is Archived?
When your order says it is "Archived" on the website, it means the order information has been transferred from the website to our photo editing program, where our printers will begin to put finishing touches on your order.
