Do I have to order my photos online?

No, you can also place your order using the envelope and the order form attached to your child's proof that was sent to the school.  You may choose to send cash, check, money order, or credit card information with the paper form inside the order envelope to your child's school by the deadline date listed on said envelope and proof.  All orders submitted by the deadline date (paper form and online) will be processed at the same time and sent to the school (unless you pay for shipping).

When will I receive my online order?

If your order is placed on time you will receive it within 2-3 weeks after the deadline date.  You have until your school deadline date to order your pictures and they will be delivered to your school (unless you add shipping to your shopping cart).  After this date, you will be charged a late fee of $10 and your order will be shipped to your provided shipping address.  For logistical and economical purposes, the majority of a school's orders are processed and sent to the school at the same time.  Occasionally, the deadline for online ordering is extended past the original date for paper order forms.

Where can I find my deadline date?

This information can be found on your proof and on your order envelope.  You can also find this on the web page displaying your child's image.  If the online ordering date has been extended, you can find the new date there.

Where can I find my gallery password?

This information can be found on your proof and on your order envelope. Normally this password corresponds to your school ID number.  If you did not receive a proof or it does not contain a password, contact us here.

I have added products to my cart, but when I go to checkout it says my cart is empty. What do I do?

If this happens to you, go to this page  or click "create account" in the left top corner of the page to make an account. Once you have made an account, try ordering again. This usually solves that issue.

Why does it say that my order is Archived?

When your order says it is "Archived" on the website, it simply means the order information has been transferred from the website to our photo editing program, where our printers will begin to put finishing touches on your order.
